Motorcycle suspensions are subjected to multiple stresses during their use, like all mechanical components they need periodic inspections and cleaning operations after use.
We recommend servicing the cross suspensions every 25-30 hours of use.
CALIBRATIONS AND CUSTOMIZED SET UP
We are always active in developing calibrations and optimizing the behavior of forks and mono shock absorbers based on the characteristics of the rider. All this allows the rider to raise awareness of their riding, to improve their style and performance and above all to reduce energy waste to a minimum.
Each suspension is set according to the information provided to us by the rider and the use he has to make of it.
In fact, the first step is a real analysis of the rider, the motorbike, the riding and the difficulties he encounters and then intervenes and customizes the suspensions according to the request.
UP GRADE WP AER-XACT FORK
WP AER/XACT 2016-2023 low speed kit
It allows for greater control and hydraulic support at low speeds.
Recommended for expert riders who require a harder fork on all hydraulics.

WP AER 48 COMPENSATOR
The compensator is a system designed for the WP AER fork.
The compensator guarantees a significant improvement in functionality in the first movements of the suspension thanks to its elastic component.
The reduction of the volume inside the cartridge allows the operating pressure to be lowered to -1.5/-2 BAR compared to the standard.
UP GRADE MONO WP XACT
New components available for WP Off-Road shock absorbers on GAS GAS, HUSQVARNA and KTM, specifically:
- BLADDER KIT (diaphragm with deformable membrane) installed directly inside the standard tank via dedicated support - KIT WITH ANODIZED TANK
KIT to transform the oil-gas spearing system from the version with mobile diaphragm to the version with deformable diaphragm. Specially designed to reduce the friction generated by the seals on the moving separators, the system optimizes the smoothness of the shock absorber, transmitting greater sensitivity to the traction to the rider. The final effect of the modification is especially appreciable in off-road use.
- HIGH LOW SPEED hydraulic register
High and Low Speed compression cap modification kit for WP Link 2023+ shock absorbers.
It replaces the original adjustment cap which is much less sensitive to interventions.
- WP Link extension registry
New adjustment screw for WP mono-shocks to replace the original. The stainless steel adjuster increases the adjustment range on the hydraulic brake in extension.
Replacing the original separator
-WP Link mono spring holder
Aluminum spring holder with end stop buffer protection washer for WP Link shock absorbers, replacing the original plastic ring.
3 mm higher than the original spring holder to limit the shock absorber's travel limit.
- PISTON with customized calibration
for WP shocks uses a higher flow four-way piston to eliminate harshness.
A low-friction piston ring is provided to reduce friction in the shock absorber while improving damping stability in demanding racing conditions.
