BENELLI TRK Fork Cartridge Set Misano Evo

For full control and adjustment of the motorcycle fork, Andreani has created the innovative Misano Evo cartridges. Equipped with a sophisticated and cutting-edge hydraulic system that ensures full adjustments of the spring preload, compression, and hydraulic extension of the forks. The ease of use and tuning of the front suspensions is guaranteed by the adjustments located on top of the fork, easily accessible for precise and fast setup. Driving precision, stability, and hydraulics benefit from this, making the motorcycle's behavior more stable and predictable, to the advantage of safety and driving feel. The whole technology of the Misano Evo cartridge by Andreani allows for a substantial improvement in the motorcycle's behavior, where cornering becomes very precise, thus increasing grip on the asphalt and the overall performance of the motorcycle. It is possible to purchase the cartridge kit already calibrated based on one's weight and driving style. On one fork leg, the cartridge provides compression adjustment, on the other fork leg, the cartridge provides extension adjustment.

MONO WP XPLOR 2017-2023

Mono shock absorber mounted on KTM Enduro bikes, it is technically different from the sisters with LINK.
A good result can be obtained with the optimization of the stock settings but there are some UP-GRADES that make it truly excellent for all uses.

-Replacement of the piston with one in ERGAL machined from solid with hard oxide surface deposition, optimized oil passage shapes.

- Replacement of the compression adjustment register:

The valve group entirely made of ERGAL
optimizes compression control at high and low frequencies thanks to increased fluid passage sections:

WP AER-XACT COMPENSATOR

The compensator is a system designed for the WP AER fork. The compensator guarantees a significant improvement in functionality in the first movements of the suspension thanks to its elastic component.

The reduction of the volume inside the cartridge allows the operating pressure to be lowered to -1.5/-2 BAR compared to the standard.

On Sunday 12 March 2023, the first round of the Toscano Motocross championship took place on the Montevarchi circuit.

In the 125 SENIOR, the driver we are assisting, RICCARDO TENTI, achieved two excellent second places on his return.

In the general classification there is a tie for first place with Nicola Matteucci.

Riccardo races on an HSQV 125, with standard suspension, revised and calibrated to his specifications.

Congratulations to Riccardo for his return, who performed well with very little training behind him.

CHANGE ROCK SHOX RACE DAY CARTRIDGE

Developed by Andreani technicians to solve the problem affecting the 32mm and 35mm RockShox SID Race Day fork, here is the ROCKSHOX Race Day lockout repair piston ‼

This modification kit is used to solve a reliability problem with the cartridge, which has a component inside it that tends to deteriorate after a few hours of use and stops blocking.

The modification consists in replacing the block valve piston with the same one but with a different seal, which is replaceable, therefore allowing a simple overhaul later and not the complete replacement of the piston.

LAST TUSCAN ENDURO STAGE

The last round of the Tuscan Enduro championship took place on Sunday 30 October 2022 in Saline di Volterra.

We congratulate Riccardo Tenti, who won first place in the Junior 2t class, and fifth overall.

Riding his Beta rr 300 with suspensions entirely prepared by us, Riccardo is gaining confidence both with the bike and in this discipline.

UP GRADE MONO WP LINK 2023 CROSS

New components available for WP Off-Road 2023 shock absorbers on HUSQVARNA and KTM, specifically:

-BLADDER KIT (diaphragm with deformable membrane) installed directly inside the standard tank via dedicated support - KIT WITH ANODIZED TANK

KIT to transform the oil-gas spearing system from the version with mobile diaphragm to the version with deformable diaphragm. Specially designed to reduce the friction generated by the seals on the moving separators, the system optimizes the smoothness of the shock absorber, transmitting greater sensitivity to the traction to the rider. The final effect of the modification is especially appreciable in off-road use.

- HIGH LOW SPEED hydraulic register

High and Low Speed compression cap modification kit for WP Link 2023 shock absorbers.

INTERNATIONAL XC CAPOLIVERI

It is the third year that we are alongside the UCI TORPADO FACTORY team, from this year we also follow them in the suspension settings.
The Capoliveri stage featured a fairly technical xc route, slippery surfaces and several artificial new school obstacles.
We were able to work on refining the setting for the rider Jakob Dorigoni, the bulk of the work had already been done in the first tests on the Albenga track in February. we already managed to find a setting that was suitable for the route on Saturday.
Dorigoni immediately showed an excellent state of form and feeling with the bike, finishing 7th after the first two laps. Unfortunately, a crash caused him to lose a lot of time and ended up in 15th place.

Satisfied with the work and the data collected, we are already preparing for the next race!"
